Terms of use.

These terms apply to medremedio.com and its public product demonstration, operated by the MedRemedio team. Use the website in accordance with these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the website.

A paid clinic deployment requires a separate written agreement. These website terms do not replace a clinic service agreement, data-processing agreement or clinical consent process. Questions can be sent to promise@medremedio.com.

You may explore the sample cases, edit their drafts, complete reviews and inspect or download example exports for evaluation. Use only invented information. Do not enter real patient records, identifiers, sensitive personal information, passwords or other confidential material.

Demo reviews are local interactions, not authenticated clinical approvals. The application does not verify your professional credentials or establish a clinician–patient relationship. Read the Healthcare Notice before relying on any health-related content.

Do not disrupt the website, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious code, impersonate another person or present synthetic exports as genuine clinical records.

Workspace edits are saved in the browser profile you use. Resetting the demo or clearing site data removes saved edits. Saved data does not transfer automatically between browsers. Keep any example export you want to retain and protect files that you choose to share.

Exported JSON, FHIR files and print views are demonstrations. A receiving system must independently confirm format, identifiers, permissions and clinical suitability before any real integration. A FHIR export does not itself establish interoperability or delivery to an EHR.

The Pricing page describes the introductory clinic offer and its scope. Clinic configuration, staff access, clinical and privacy approvals, support, service duration and fees are agreed before activation.

The public site does not collect payments. Opening the demo does not create a subscription or authorise a charge. Billing for a clinic service begins only after agreed activation under the written terms for that service.

MedRemedio’s branding, website materials and software remain subject to their applicable ownership and licence rights. You may share links and synthetic example exports for evaluation, retaining their demonstration labels and relevant notices.

External links and vendor references provide context. They do not by themselves establish a partnership, endorsement or compatibility with a particular installation. Third-party sites and open-source components remain subject to their own terms.

The public demo is provided for product evaluation. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, preservation of local edits or suitability for clinical use. Features and example content may change.

You are responsible for keeping real patient information out of the demo and checking any example before sharing it. Nothing in these terms removes rights or excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The date above identifies this version. Updated terms will be published here when the public website’s terms change. Changes to a separately agreed clinic service follow that service’s written agreement.
