Privacy notice.

The MedRemedio team manages the public website at medremedio.com. This notice covers its pages, workspace demo, walkthrough and locally generated exports. For privacy or website enquiries, contact promise@medremedio.com.

This notice does not cover a separately activated clinic service, staff account or third-party website. Those services require their own applicable notices and agreements.

• Workspace data on your device. Opening the workspace saves the three default synthetic cases in browser storage. Saved summaries, notes, review checks, statuses, timestamps and local activity are kept there so the demo can resume. The application does not upload this content.
• Website requests. Your IP address, requested page or asset and normal browser request information reach the hosting infrastructure when you load the site. Technical access or security logs may record these requests.
• Messages you choose to send. If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information you include. Please do not email patient records, passwords or sensitive clinical information.

The public website has no account registration, payment collection or patient-submission service. Its editable fields can accept text, so you must avoid entering real personal or health information.

Browser storage supports the demo actions you use: saving an edit, recording a review and reopening a sample. Technical request information supports website delivery, fault diagnosis and security. Emails are used to answer the enquiry you send.

For personal information in website requests and ordinary enquiries, our purpose is to operate and protect the website and respond to you, relying on legitimate interests where applicable. Requests to discuss a clinic service may involve steps toward an agreement at your request. Legal obligations may also require particular records to be kept or disclosed.

The public demo does not perform automated decisions about a real person or send content to an AI service for processing. The homepage displays a previously generated AI result from made-up data. Viewing or exploring that example does not submit your information to an AI service.

The website is hosted through Namecheap. Its infrastructure processes web requests, and email providers process messages you send. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by applicable law.

Provider infrastructure can be located outside Nigeria. This website does not represent that all technical or email data stays in Nigeria. See Namecheap’s privacy information for its practices. Contact us about a specific processing or location question.

The application includes no advertising pixels, analytics service or external video embed. Fonts and the narrated video are served from this website. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.

Saved workspace data has no automatic expiry. It stays in the browser until replaced, removed through site-data controls or cleared using Cookies & storage. Resetting the workspace replaces your edits and activity with fresh samples; it does not remove the storage entry.

Downloads, printouts and copied exports are separate copies under your control. Clearing browser data does not delete them.

Email correspondence is retained as needed to handle the enquiry, follow-up, applicable obligations or a dispute. Hosting logs follow the provider’s service configuration and retention practices. We do not promise a fixed deletion period for provider logs; contact us for information about a particular request.

You can clear browser-saved demo data, avoid sending optional messages and request information about personal data we hold. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, rights can include access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis.

Send a request to promise@medremedio.com with enough detail to identify the issue. We may need proportionate verification before releasing or changing personal information. Do not send an identity document or patient record unless we have arranged an appropriate method with you.

You may raise a concern with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. Your rights under applicable law are unaffected by this notice.

The public workspace is a product demonstration, not a patient record system. Browser storage is not application-encrypted and can be available to someone using the same browser profile. Use made-up data, especially on shared devices.

Do not enter real patient information, including information about children. If you entered it accidentally, close other workspace tabs, clear the saved demo data and remove any downloads, printouts or clipboard copies you created.
