A sample identifier
A clearly synthetic identity connects the example's records. No patient demographics are invented.

The demo works locally with synthetic cases. Live EHR transfer requires a separate integration and is not enabled here.

The public demo records a local sample review. It does not authenticate a clinician or send a clinical record.

The HL7 R4 collection format (opens in a new tab) groups related resources. Each receiving system defines its supported profiles, fields and import rules. This local export does not establish an EHR connection.
A live integration requires the receiving team’s approved interface, patient and visit identifiers, permissions and receipt handling. The demo provides the reviewed export; live transfer is not enabled.
GlobalCare describes FHIR exchange in its public product reference (opens in a new tab). This reference does not verify support for the export in any particular installation.

Test synthetic cases, check the received record, and agree how failed or repeated transfers are handled.
Vendor documentation and receiving-system tests establish compatibility. The product reference above does not establish a partnership or an approved deployment.
The reviewed sample export is available now. Live transfer needs a separate integration and is not enabled in this demo.
No. The public workspace prepares a synthetic export in your browser. It does not send data to a clinical system.
Using a shared format is one part of integration. The receiving team must confirm the supported interface, required fields, identifiers and validation rules, then test the handoff in its own environment.
The demo keeps the source answers beside the draft so you can compare them and check missing details. The FHIR handoff uses the saved reviewed version. Editing it again means saving and completing the review again.
Use made-up information only in the public demo. Real patient use requires a separate approved setup, verified staff access and clinic-approved clinical and privacy procedures.
Open a synthetic case, complete its review and inspect the handoff.
