Do not wait for a website response, sample review or email reply in an emergency. In Nigeria, call 112 or seek the nearest emergency department. Elsewhere, use your local emergency number.
The Nigerian Communications Commission provides information about the 112 emergency service. Website and privacy enquiries are not monitored as an emergency-care channel.
What the public demo does
The workspace demonstrates intake documentation, source comparison, editable summaries, review checks and structured exports using three invented cases. The examples are fixed product illustrations, not a complete clinical assessment.
Sample attention flags demonstrate how a concern can be highlighted for review. They do not assess a real person, cover every emergency or establish that an unflagged case is safe.
Review and clinical responsibility
Marking a sample reviewed records a local demo action. It does not authenticate a clinician, provide a professional signature, validate medical accuracy or create a shared clinical record.
Clinical assessment, diagnosis, prescribing, treatment and urgent-care decisions require appropriate qualified professionals. Do not use website examples or exported files as a substitute for their assessment.
Use synthetic information only
Do not enter real patient details, medical histories or identifying information, including children’s information. Saved summary edits and notes are stored locally; the demo does not detect or remove sensitive information.
If you entered personal information accidentally, use Cookies & storage to remove the saved demo entry and separately remove any files or clipboard copies you created.
Exports and clinic services
FHIR and JSON exports are labelled synthetic examples. They are not prescriptions, referral orders, authenticated clinical documentation or evidence that a record reached an EHR.
Clinical deployment requires a separately agreed service, verified access, approved procedures, appropriate privacy arrangements and tests with the receiving system. A website demonstration or vendor reference does not establish those approvals.
