Live in MVPThe AI extracts key medical entities (symptoms, onset, duration, reported medications) and asks targeted, relevant follow-up questions to gather complete clinical context without asking redundant questions.
03 — TRIAGE & SAFETY SCREENING
Live in MVPPotential red-flag warning signs (chest pain, severe dyspnea, stroke indicators) are screened immediately. The AI provides conservative urgency guidance categorized into EMERGENCY, URGENT, ROUTINE, or MONITOR.
04 — DOCUMENTATION GENERATION
Live in MVPA standardized Structured Clinical Intake Summary is generated, formatting presenting concern, duration, severity, red-flag responses, and triage recommendations. Users can copy or download the summary as TXT/JSON.
05 — CONNECT (ROADMAP)
Infrastructure RoadmapFuture roadmap versions will connect structured intake documentation directly with existing electronic health record systems (Epic, Cerner, Athena) and healthcare provider workflows through FHIR R4 interoperability standards.
